Alta screen frozen

Hi, I pulled my Fitbit Alta off the charger this morning and it was quickly scanning through all the screens repeatedly. I plug it back on the charger, and wiggled it as it didn’t seem to connect, and now is frozen on the battery screen

HELP 😞

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue. If you keep having this problem, I recommend restarting the uni by following the steps in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
