My Fitbit won’t show my steps or time. All that is on the screen is Fitbit.com/setup

I'm assuming that it used to show that data ok? If so, then it is somehow become disconnected from your app and you'll need to go through the setup process again to reconnect it. From the main dashboard in the app, select your profile image at the top left to go into your account settings. Then select "set up a device" and follow the prompts
