Over the past week or so I have been having issues with my Alta. The screen will suddenly turn off and I have no way to turn it back on, besides charging it. I have put it on the charger and it will still be almost full of battery life.
I have tried to reset per instructions and reading through the community pages of what else I can do but nothing is working. I have been a loyal customer of FitBit for years and this is super frustrating that my Alta just suddenly stopped working.
