Alta stopped working while turn off alarm clock

Alta stopped working while turn off alarm clock by press it, try to plug in charger to reset still not work, try again few days later it turn on & charge for about 80%, work for a few days.  Then the same happen again & again. In between it show some number while it turn on.  What happen?
