Hi, I’ve had my 2nd Fitbit and I’ve loved them. I’m lost without it.  My first one just went dead after a few years. I’ve had this one for 9 months.  It’s called Fitbit alta HR.  I cannot find one here in our city. I’d be happy to purchase a strap if you could just help me out.  Purchased in Gander NL.Canada.  I live in Corner Brook NL a2h5w6. 15Bayview Heights.....hope you can help PLEASE !

9 months old should still be under warranty.  Or probably quicker, you can look on Amazon.  They have wide variety third-party band for all Fitbits at reasonable prices.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi @3975661  this is the community forum, not the sales division of Fitbit. @JohnnyRow gave you a great suggestion. No one here is going to send you anything COD. Sorry.
