Alta tracker not syncing.

The time on my tracker is wrong after the battery ran out. Since it has been recharged it will not sync to either my Samsung  A40 phone or Galaxy tablet, which it worked perfectly with previously. I have tried turning bluetooth on and off. Updated it using 3 clicks on charger. Re installed app on both my devices but my alta is no longer visible to any of my devices so I cant sync it to show the correct time. I have had my tracker since Nov/Dec 2017 as a birthday/Christmas gift, I sincerely hope this isn't the lifespan of the tracker.

Have you tried reloading the Fitbit app on your computer -> https://www.fitbit.com/setup

 

I had the same sync issue, and I have to run the "setup" about once a week because the steps credited in the App are not what's on the Alta device. Once I go thru the setup (again), it syncs up.

 

If that doesn't work, call their Tech Support. They are very helpful!
