Alta won't add steps

My Alta had included a long run I did last Sunday but now it is gone.  I have a 200 plus streak of 10,000 steps and without the run I am below.  How do I add this? Fitbit says everything up to date.

As far as I know, there is no way to add them other than syncing your device.
