Alta won't charge fully

My Fitbit only charges about 4/5th of the way and I've been charging it for about 7 hours. And my Fitbit doesn't turn on after about 30 minutes even though its charged.

If you are having problems charging your tracker, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? and follow the instructions provided there.
