My Alta won't respond when I take it off the charger.  It is fully charged, it shows the battery, dates, steps, etc, but once disconnected from the charger, it won't respond at all.

I checked and done every troubleshooting from all the pages below (sub linked pages as well), but nothing worked.  I rebooted my iPhone, too.

Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

How do I charge my Fitbit device?

How do I clean my Fitbit device?

How do I restart my Fitbit device?,

I am very frustrated as I recently purchased new bands for alta.

Please help!!!

I’m having a very similar issue! Mine will charge to show 100% and then will drain battery in 30 mins and turn off with a displayed battery level of 75%. A lot of the time it comes off the charger still showing it is charging. It isn’t responding to restarting or leaving it on charge.
