My Alta started buzzing non-stop for about 5 minutes and stopped when I plugged it in. It showed the Alta logo and the version and turned off. It will not sync with my phone and the screen will not turn on. I restarted it and it showed the low battery symbol so I left it to charge over night and when i checked it it wouldn’t work. I tried restarting it several times but it still won’t work.
