Hi, can someone tell me how to identify my Alta HR MAC address please? I don’t have the box and can’t see it under settings about within either my Fitbit Apple App or Web Login.

Can you please be more specific about what you want to do? Are you trying to find your Fitbit email address? Have you setup your device? Have you downloaded the Fitbit app?.

Apologies, incorrect title - it should read “Help Finding Alta HR MAC Address”
 

I am looking to identify my Alta HR MAC address please? 

I don’t have the box and can’t see it under settings about within either my Fitbit Apple App or Web Login.

 

I have downloaded the app and all working fine.

I just need the Fitbit MAC address and I can’t find it under settings on either iphone App or if I log in via web browser.
