Alta won’t turn on

I just got a new Fitbit Alta and I won’t turn on HELP I have a race tommrow

Hi @Brydenw  where did you get the Alta new? It was retired several years ago and is no longer being made. Could be the battery was completely dead when you got it. You need to do a restart of the device using the charging cord and the button that is on it. Have you tried that?

I have had I for a couple years s and just useing it now and how do you do
the charger thing

I have had it for a couple years and it won’t turn on and I have not tried the usb thing

To do a restart, you can follow these directions - click - using the charger unit that came with your Alta. You'll need to charge it up and while it's charging, read the instructions on how to set up. Let us know how things go for you.
