Hi
my Slta won’t work I here tried reset and reinstalled the App is this because of the upgrade I am very disappointed about this it is fully charged says it’s synced but won’t display just crashes- please help

As @NellyG has suggested, please restart your Alta as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
