I am ready to throw my Alta fitbit in the garbage and never buy another fitbit. I had brought one and it would never work. I finally complained to support and they sent me another one. Have had trouble
syncying with my Windows 10 computer although I tried numerous times and had more than one person try to get it done. I just last week brought an Apple 11 cell phone and son-in-law finally got the Alta to work.
Then it seemed as if the battery went out so plugged in for a while, it worked while plugged in
but as soon as I unplugged it it stopped working again. I restarted it following all the directions and it worked again for about a minute so I restarted it again and again it worked for about 1 minute. The orginal Alta was about 11 months old now, the replacement is about about 6 months old. There has
got to be another tracker that will work but I do not know what it is..
