Nothing in posted for today March 11, 2020. my fitbit inspire says I have 5.4 miles at this this time.  My fitbit alta says 5.0..

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. As it turns out, I didn't quite understand your post, can you please clarify what do you mean when you say that data is not posting? You mean that your Alta is not syncing the recorded information with your account? Are you using two Fitbit devices at the same time? How many times you experienced this distance accuracy situation? Which mobile device are you using?

 

In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Alta and Inspire following the steps that are specified on this help article.
