My altra hr keeps shutting off while I’m wearing it at 90+%. it is fully charged and just dies on my wrist randomly. I have plugged it in and need to hold button on charger to get it to turn of again. It’s really frustrating and How do I fix it. I’ve had it only 18 months

This has been happening to me too lately, and I’ve had my Alta HR for the same amount of time
