Any way to Update Firmware on PC/Laptop?

I have an iphone 14pro, my mom gave me her Alta HR she never opened. The Atla firmware wont update so the watch is stuck flashing fitbit.com/setup. Is there another way to update the firmware maybe using an old phone or laptop? The watch does sync and is properly tracking steps & heart rate its just the watch face is annoyingly stuck on setup screen and wont update firmware using my cell phone.

@Raegena   Other users started posting about this issue last summer.  There are similar posts about the Charge 2 and Blaze, two other models released about the same time.  I think Fitbit removed the updates for these older models.  The Alta HR was discontinued in 2019.

I am using a compatible iphone 14pro with iso 17.13.1. It is syncing and updating the app with data on my steps but the watch is stuck on the setup screen since the update wont occur in the app.
