App stopped showing steps

My app doesn't show steps after two years of showing them.  The main goal is still set to steps.  I deleted and reinstalled the app.

Hello @jmm22869, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums. Sorry for the late response. 

 

Thank you for sharing that you've been having trouble to see the steps in the Fitbit app. 

 

Before considering other options, please try to log out from the Fitbit app, then restart your phone, log back in and sync your device again to check if you're able to see your steps normally. 

 

Make sure to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.

I did what you suggested.  Still shows calories.  No steps.

Does the app show that your tracker is still connected to your account?

Still updates everything
Except steps
