I charge my FB Alta once a week and after charging it yesterday (01-08-2020), the two flashing lights that read heart rate never came on. I've restarted it but no change. Current battery life is at 94%.

This is my second FB device I've had issues with in less than 9 months.

I've been having the same problem since 31 Jan. I've tried all the troubleshoot and resets etc but to no avail. Hopefully one of the tech support see this and offers a solution.

This happened to me about one week ago, turned off etc but the lights will not switch on. Heartbeat not tracked and physical activity and sleeping not tracking. Can someone from tech help?

I actually returned my FB. It is the second devise to pack up in under two weeks. Please let me know if you find out what happened.
