Auto workout not working

My workouts no longer pick up automatically, I have checked my setting and they say that they are on to pick up after 10 minutes but they no longer do, I have turned them all off and back on again and no luck, any suggestions?

Hi, @L4ura , I would suggest going to the app and under your exercise settings turn OFF all your auto recognized activities and then sync your Alta HR.  Once it has synced, return to your exercise settings and turn back ON any ones that you use regularly.  Probably best to leave on OFF any exercises you don’t do.

 

That might reset whatever is going on.  Good luck, and let us know if this helps.
