Hi
Yesterday I charged my Alta HR, this morning it was at 10%. I charged it this morning for a few hours, it read 100%, and now about 7 hours later it is down. It use to go 5-6 days before needing a charge. Please fix this.
Thanks
Vicki

Hello @vrmk, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, welcome back.
Let me share with you that the battery of our Alta HR was designed to last 5 days but this also depends on how frequently you use its features. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much. After doing so, please this help article for more tips and recommendations.
Such article includes as restart process that will refresh the device's performance.
Keep me posted, I’ll be right here if you need anything else.

I completed every suggestion. None worked. This is 2nd. Fitbit purchased since Sept 2016.

My Alta hr just started dieing 36 hours after charging. Also, will not show display on device. It just says wwwfitbit.com/setup
I have an Android phone, and reinstalled the Fitbit app, but no changes. I also plugged in device, and pressed the button on the charging cord. It appears to be charging, but still only reads fitbit.com/setup. It seems a new update caused these problems.

Hi there,
I’m facing the same problem. It’s definitely since the latest update.
