I just got a Fitbit Alta and I used it one day and then the next day it didn't work so I charged it and worked the next day but a charging symbol came up so I came on this website to see if someone had a similar problem and it said to restart it so I did and it said it was dead and was not charging with an examination point inside a battery symbol.

Best AnswerI have done all the suggestions: cleaned the terminals, changed the usb port, checked all connections.
Nothing has worked. In fact, when I initially tried to charge the battery last night, it actually drained what I had left. Now it won't accept a charge at all.
