So I recently bought a Fitbit Alta, and It was working for a few weeks, but yesterday, I was trying to charge my Fitbit, it said full charge, but when I unplugged it, it died, and it is continuously doing this. I don’t really know what to do. I reset it, I removed the device, I did everything I could think of.

I've had mine for a few months, but recently it just die after only 2 days. The battery is fully charged but it's not responding.

Hi RicardoFitbit, thanks for your reply, I have tried to reset the Fitbit, I have un-paired it from my iPhone, but to no avail. I am seeking some advice, because the Fitbit was working up till about three days ago.
