Battery not charging

I've plugged my Alta HR into the charger (socket and computer) and pressed the micro button three times within eight seconds. It will not power on.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared with me. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? Good Morning RicardoFitbit. No worries about any delays, I'm just glad to hear back.

 

I cleaned the charging cable, and the AltaHR powers-on now; however, it stays stuck on the www.fitbit.com/setup screen and will not pair with my computer or my phone.

 

Please advise on how I should move forward.
