hi please can you help for the last 2 week's my altar hr keeps going blank so I have to reset it via the USB lead which yes after 3 presses it comes back to life but I have to do this several times a day and yes I have cleaned the connections carefully and made sure it's clean. I sm now at the end of my tether and concerned that I will lose all my data  the phone I have is a Samsung  9 plus please help
