Anyone else having this problem? Seen there's been problems since the last update. Can't get my Alta HR to connect with my phone via Bluetooth. The phones Bluetooth is definitely working and tried it with two different phones so definitely the fit it. No idea what to do with it 😔

Hello @MummaFu, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums. 

 

Thank you for the information you've provided regarding the Alta HR that is not connecting via Bluetooth and for confirming that you already tried syncing with two different phones. 

 

Before considering other options, could you please confirm if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems? In addition, please make sure to check if the mobile devices that you're using to sync are currently listed here as compatible devices to sync with the Fitbit app.  

 

Please keep me posted on the outcome.
