I bought my Fitbit AtlaHR 2 years ago , set it up and haven’t used it. I’ve connected it to use and it’s saying Ive burnt over 800 calories today and every day while it was dead it says it burned 1400 calories. How do I refresh this because it’s extremely incorrect. I’ve only done 100 steps in it.

also how do I stop my phone from ringing to my Fitbit? Thanks

Actually, that is not incorrect.  Those are your BMR (basal metabolic rate) calories that you are always burning just to stay alive.  Fitbit credit your BMR calorie burn even when you are not wearing the watch.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
