Everything seems to be syncing, however, when I go to click into Steps, or heart rate, or activity, nothing happens. It also won’t let me log anything new, like exercise. It’s as if the links to the next screen are broken.

Hello @Lkirchberger and a warm welcome.  This is my troubleshooting routine when something like this happens to my app:

  • Delete the Fitbit app
  • Restart my phone
  • Re-download the app and log back in

If this doesn't work, what kind of phone do you use?  There might be a problem with the Android app that isn't a problem with the iOS app.

@Lkirchberger you could first try stopping the app, through the phone setting of your device is an android.
