Cannot add my Alta HR to windows 10 app

Alta HR has wrong time so tried to sync it to my windows 10 app noticed that it hadn't synced since March 2021. Wouldn't sync when requested so removed it completely from the app and now cannot add it back in.

Follow instructions but don't get the 4 digit code says it is busy trying to communicate with another bluetooth device,  No devices within 10 metre except my phone so turned off bluetooth, still get same result.,

Very frustrating have restarted Alta HR by pressing button on charge cable 3 times, have tried this numerous times

Have uninstalled Fitbit app and reinstalled on my laptop, still without success.

Any suggestions will be tried.

I'd restart the computer at this point.
