The charging cable for my Alta HR Fitbit has been malfunctioning as it would be on charge then it would stop charging at random times and I would have to wiggle the charger around for it to charge again, Please help me with this problem or I’ll be getting a refund back as I’ve only bought it a few months ago and I don’t want to buy a new charger as this should be work since it is only brand new, I am not happy with is!!
