My Alta HR shows a exclamation mark instead of charging. How can I fix this?

Hi @Asag,

 

That exclamation mark means the battery is dead.  Please leave it on the charger for a good 2 hours to get a decent charge and it should go away.

Thanks for your help. I put the charger into a USB port on my desktop
computer and the Fitbit will not charge. I pushed the button on the
charging cord to no avail. At this point I believe the fitbit needs to be
replaced; not sure if I want to do that or not.
