I’ve had my Alta HR for over 2 years and recently the screen cracked in really not sure how as I’m super careful with things. 

I understand the warranty is up. I also know mine is an older model that they don’t really make anymore.... but is there anything that can be done?

Hi @Kaysee712  you might find a place that could replace the screen, but there is no official Fitbit repair for it. With the new Inspire series, you might find it's more economical to get it and not worry about repairing the Alta HR. I have the same device and my next Fitbit will probably be the Inspire HR.

My ‘screen’ popped off and I can’t find it - not sure when it came off, some time in the last few hours and I can’t figure out why.  So just wondering if you could inquire for me too if there is any replacement for this piece of plastic that came off.  I’m assuming my device will start having problems pretty quickly with the ‘insides’ exposed.  Thanks.
