Custom Foods & Scanning Incorrect

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Whenever I submit a custom food the calorie value shows as 0. I’ve made sure to double check that I’ve entered the calories before pressing submit and it still shows as 0. This is a problem because more often than not, when I scan the barcode of most products the nutritional information is incorrect.

Is this a glitch?

Have to wait for IOS app 3.19 to correct this known issue.

It means it will be corrected in the next IOS app version 3.19.

Sorry if that doesn't make sense. I don't know how else to explain it.

That’s OK. I’m a little slow. It’s the latest update to the software.👍🏼
