I've got 2 Fitbits- Versa 3 is mine and on Premium account. Can see dashboard. Also have Alta HR for daughter. Both listed to my email, but can't see dashboard for Alta, tho it's clearly added to account. Need to see both dashboards.. Any help is appreciated!!

See Can I use more than one Fitbit device with the same account?

Sorry, but you cannot have 2 different people on same account/email.  If there are 2 trackers, Fitbit treats them as being for the same person, to be able to switch which one to wear.  It will probably sync from your Versa 3, but not necessarily.  It might also occasionally sync from daughter's Alta HR, especially if you take off your Versa 3 for a while, messing up your data.

Each user need to have their own Fitbit account/email.  If you have only one possible sync device, you would have to keep logging out of one person's account, then log back into the other person's account.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hey thanks for the quick reply. I sort of figured that might be the case. She'll set up a separate account and thus will be able to see her dashboard there. Too bad there's not a family plan where we could all see each others dashboards. Thanks for the insight.

I also have two Fitbits - one for me and one for my wife. Both show up on my dashboard. How can I move one to a different account for my wife?
