Hi can anyone help? My friend’s fitbit isn’t working. When she plugs it in to charge it doesn’t vibrate but it shows this strange image on the screen (looks like it has missing pixels?) We have tried to restart by pressing the button 3 times. Have cleaned the contacts. Tried in a mains plug and on the laptop too. Any other advice?
