Since my cradle died and I bought a new one, updated the app, my sleep tracker has stopped working. I've turned watch on and off checked all settings on watch, app and fitbit.com and it's still not tracking?!
I also had issues where my steps were disappearing.. I could do 15000 steps a day and 7 day runs and exercise and I'd end up with 42 steps by the end of the day!! This appears to have resolved after a week but I still cant track my sleep! Advise anyone??

I’ve tried everything, updating, wearing it loose, wearing it tight, but I finally figured it out. I wear the watch 180° So the sensor is on my wrist. Not sure if it’s because it’s the hair on my forearm that is interfering but once I started wearing it this way it works every time.
