My Alta HR suddenly stopped recording sleep and has not recorded it for 5 days now - it does however continue to record steps and heart rate.
I have reset more than once by pressing the button 3 times in 4 seconds and each time it has reset successfully but the sleep still does not work?
Any help would be gratefully appreciated as this is the main reason for having one.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post, thanks for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting too. To better assist you with this and because your device tracks heart rate data, can you please let me know if your device isn't recording Sleep Stages or sleep information at all? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please use your device on your non-dominant hand when you're going to sleep and let me know if the issue persists.
