My Alta HR notifies me if I am receiving a call but stopped notifying me of texts. As a hearing impaired person, This was very helpful. I am very upset and may change to an Apple Watch. Is there any solutions? I have tried all the suggestions without any being successful.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using with your Alta HR? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? 

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Alta HR are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

It stopped notifying me of texts on my iPhone 6,after updating the iPhone to iOS 13. It worked prior. I now have an iPhone 7 and it still doesn't notify me of texts. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and it still doesn't work. I have tried everything fitbit has suggested.

Since you experienced this issue just after updating to iOS 13, I recommend you to check this thread for more information and details. Keep in mind that we are aware of an issue that's affecting the notifications feature of your Fitbit device after updating it to iOS 13.
