Device turning off

My Fitbit turns it self off when the silent alarms that I have set I can re boot it by plug in the charger and pressing the button it shows the battery is still charged anyone got any ideas?

Thanks for your post and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too, seems odd that your Alta HR is behaving in such way. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Thank you for replying. It is completely unresponsive no lights flashing. I have made sure the pins on the charger are clean. At the moment it seems if you keep battery top up not letting it go much below 80% it seems to stop it but is a bit of a pain doing every day.
