My Alta from 2016 was working perfectly but this year it keeps shutting off even though it is fully charged and will only turn back on when I plug it back into its charger. Any suggestions?

My original Fitbit wouldn’t connect to my Apple IPhone so they sent me a replacement and that doesn’t connect either.
i am just tired of trying to get this Alta to work,bad customer service . I guess it’s time to gat a Apple Watch these people won’t help.

Mine is doing the same since last night and I've tried all the workarounds, cleaning, resetting, readding. None of it works. 😭
