I got the delivery of my Fitbit versa lite watch from Amazon today 19th Feb 2020 and I am trying to connect it to mobile but it's not getting connected also the screen goes off as soon as I remove the watch from charger

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please confirm if you're using a Fitbit Alta or a Versa Lite? Your post mentions a Versa Lite but it was posted in the Alta help forum, In the meantime I receive your answer, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
