I have had my alta for about 2 years now with no issues. However, a couple of weeks ago i took it off charge and it didn't seem to work. I plugged it back in and it worked so i assumed i wasn't pressing it properly and so when i took it off the charger the same thing happened. It has been doing this for weeks now.
