Not receiving badge

I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling as per another post. This didn’t help and I’m still not getting daily or lifetime badges anymore. How do I fix this?  I’ve logged well over 350 miles but still haven’t gotten the badge for it. Thanks 🙂

I appreciate all the details that were shared with me and for trying some troubleshooting steps prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using to check your Fitbit account? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Which badge you didn't receive? In the meantime I receive your answers, I suggest you to try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the operating system version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
