Hi, 

I bought my fitbit alta hr last 2017. It has been functioning really well and i didnt have any trouble until recently the screen became dim. I have to cover it under the sun so i can see it better during daytime. Although at night it works okay. I have tried rebooting or restarting it but it stays the same.

Please help me with this problem.

I hate to say this, @MDillon , but it may be time for a new Fitbit device. It’s sounds like the battery is dying. Sorry.
