I am using Alta HR for few years. I started to see black screen from April 1st week onwards. Nothing is visible. Mobile App shows the steps and it says device is fully charged. I charged my fitbit around 2 to 3 hours. Display comes suddenly and goes in 5 to 10 mins. It looks weird. I also restarted my device few times with no luck. Please suggest and help.
