So suddenly my battery went flat, Thats Ok I thought, Ill charge it.
Saw the battery icon come up and that was it came back later and took it off charge and nothing on screen, unclipped the charging thing and the back Led's and bright green and not flashing, Ok I thought lets do Some Troubleshooting Well I do this kind of thing for a living, after multiple hard resets and connecting to multiple computers/chargers, nothing has changed, I did leave it a few days till the LEDS at the back went out completely, left it a futher few days and tried to charge again, still nothing, just blank screen and very bright back lights!
Funny thing is it buzzes when you connect or disconnect it, and it buzzes when you press the hard reset button.
Sad thing is, its just a month out of its 1 year warrinty...

Something similar happened to me this morning -- the screen was dark, the green lights on the back were out. I put it on the recharger and it reset with the version number. The battery icon showed it was drained. (And yesterday it was at 90%!) However, in my case, the Fitbit was almost fully charged in 30 minutes and now it seems to be working. I'll keep an eye on it.
