I would like to get a new glass as mine has a crack across the front

Let me share with you that it's not possible to only replace the screen of your Alta HR, however, I've contacted our Customer Support team for them to provide you with some options to get you back on track. That said, please keep an eye on your email because they'll be in touch with you in a timely manner.
