Hello, band came apart like last 3 fitbits BUT now the face is black , is charged but not tracking.  how can i fix it?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your Alta HR are still blinking? Or is your device completely unresponsive? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device following the steps that are specified on: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.

restarted it and it responded.  Threw away last two fitbits by not knowing of that little button on usb cord..    arghhhh....  still doesn't solve the band separation though.
