intermittent flashing

My Alta HR is now inconsistent with the green flashing, which I assume is the heart rate monitor because all of my data is incomplete.  My sleep stages are not tracked, my exercise is not recognized, and it's really annoying.  I've done the reset, checked my settings, and rebooted my phone.  Any suggestions?

Hi @cvana  The green flashing light is the Heart Rate monitor. As the restarts havent worked then contact Support.

I spent 30 minutes on the phone with support this morning.  Fitbit is sending me a replacement.
