Hello. My screen went blank. I tried the suggestion of rebooting / restarting but nothing happened. Can someone help me please? Thanks.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your Alta HR before posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your device are still flashing? Or if it vibrates when you plug it into the charging cable? This way we will be able to determine if the issue is related with the battery of your Fitbit or the display as itself.
